Michelle Smith, known as Chef Chelle, is a Gulfport, Mississippi native with deep New Orleans roots—bringing together the bold flavors of Cajun-Creole cuisine with refined culinary artistry.
Inspired by family traditions and guided by her mother’s influence, Chef Chelle developed a passion for creating dishes that feel both soulful and elevated. In 2019, she launched TasteOlicious Sweet Snax, LLC, blending her love for savory cuisine and indulgent desserts into one unforgettable experience.
A graduate of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Chelle combines formal training with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional dining. Her work has earned community recognition, corporate partnerships, and opportunities to showcase her talent on larger platforms.

Booking
To begin your booking, please complete your payment and submit the required consultation form via our website. Once submitted, you will be contacted within 4–8 hours (or sooner) to start planning your experience.
Quotes
Quotes are customized based on your menu selection, guest count, service style, and event logistics (including setup, breakdown, and preparation time).
Pricing typically begins at a per-person rate.
Your quote will be delivered within 6–12 hours (or sooner).
A $100 holding fee is available to secure your date upon quote approval.
Contracts & Invoices
Once your quote is approved, you may request a contract.
Contracts and invoices are sent electronically within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).
Deposits
Deposits are due within 3–7 days of contract signing, depending on your event date.
All deposits, consultation fees, and holding fees are applied toward your total balance.

Deposits are refundable within 14 days of booking if the event is canceled

After 6 months, a new contract will be required
